Be assured that all information provided is strictly confidential and will only be used by anyone other than the hotel.

CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be received by 18:00, 2 days prior to arrival date *. Any cancellations received after the closing date automatically entails fee equivalent to the price of the first night plus applicable taxes.

CHANGES
Any change to the arrival or departure must be notified at least 24 hours before arrival or departure date originally scheduled. Any amendment received after the closing date will automatically incur costs equivalent to the price of one night plus applicable taxes.

GUARANTEES
To ensure your stay, a valid credit card number is required at time of booking. This does not include non-refundable bookings, for which the full prepayment is retained. A credit card is required upon arrival for pre-authorization equal to the total stay plus a deposit of 100 € to 250 € depending on the number of people, length of stay and type of room booked. If the customer does not have credit card, full payment in cash is required on arrival plus a deposit of € 100 to € 250 depending on the number of people, length of stay and type of room booked .

NON-REFUNDABLE FEES
For reservations at the non-refundable rate, full payment will be charged to the credit card provided at time of booking. No refunds will be given in case of cancellation or change of stay.

ARRIVING TIME
Room availability is guaranteed from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Arrivals before 15:00 will be subject to room availability.

DEPARTURE TIME
Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 on day of departure. A late check out, until 14:00 will be allowed on the same day subject to availability. Late check between 14:00 and 17:00, could be allowed on the same day according to availability and for a fee of € 50. A late check unauthorized by the Reception, incur a fee equivalent to one night plus applicable taxes.

SMOKE
We are proud to offer a smoke free environment. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and public areas. Any violation of this regulation will be prosecuted provided for under the law.

PRIVILEGE CARD
We offer all our customers the opportunity to bring a privilege card. The latter will be stamped by the reception, upon departure at a rate of a punch for each night spent at the hotel. To be eligible, overnight stays must be booked directly with the hotel in a public tariff. Reservations made through intermediaries or under a code or negotiated preferential rates, are not eligible. A completed card (10 nights) will be exchanged against one night free (upon availability), during a next stay, for a room category corresponding to the average of the reserved rooms. The client may decide to opt for an over-classification and pay the difference between the two types of rooms.

CHILDREN POLICY
Children under 6 stay free when sharing with an adult. For children older than 6 years, we offer you family rooms for 3 or 4 people.
